About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Partner Development Manager to join our high-performing commercial team.
You’ll immerse yourself in the evolving world of gaming, staying ahead of upcoming releases and industry trends. You’ll thrive on building strong relationships, and as a Partner Development Manager, you’ll have ownership of your account portfolio, ensuring growth and long-term success for our partners.
This role reports to: Head of Commercial
Location: Remote (UK-based with travel to Stockholm / Stockholm-based)
Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key publishing and retail partners.
Account Development: Utilize insights, data, and commercial expertise to drive growth within your account portfolio.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and partner objectives.
Market Insights: Stay ahead of gaming industry trends, including upcoming releases and market dynamics, to identify new opportunities.
Negotiations: Lead commercial discussions with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive business value.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across Operations, Business & Product Development, and Marketing to execute partner initiatives seamlessly.
What We’re Looking For
This role requires a proactive and commercially driven individual with excellent relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
Proven Expertise: 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales, ideally within the gaming industry or digital content distribution.
Commercial Acumen: A strong ability to drive revenue growth, negotiate contracts, and develop long-term partnerships.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to leverage data and insights to inform business decisions and partner strategies.
Attention to Detail: Skilled in managing contracts, onboarding processes, and commercial discussions with accuracy.
Collaborative Approach: A team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and can engage stakeholders across different teams.
Adaptability & Drive: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving industry with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and digital tools.
Industry Passion: A genuine interest in gaming, digital content, and the entertainment industry.
